Rosemarie Cicalese

Ms. Cicalese joined Pontem to focus on investor relations, and brings deep energy finance experience, across private equity, corporate banking and lending, and commodities markets. She spent 16 years at J.P. Morgan in New York and Houston as an Executive Director where she managed a $1B reserve-based loan portfolio across upstream and midstream energy companies and led the commodities derivatives business covering sponsor-backed oil and gas clients. More recently, she was the Head of Investor Relations at Juniper Capital. She also worked for Arch Energy Partners, serving as the CFO of an energy focused SPAC, which successfully took an oilfield services company public in 2023. Ms. Cicalese earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and is a CFA charterholder. She is actively involved as a volunteer and board member with The Periwinkle Foundation, a Houston-based non-profit that provides camps and programs for children affected by cancer.
