Ryan Chuang

Mr. Chuang joins Pontem with over a decade of finance management experience across public and private E&P companies, most recently as Director of Finance at Civitas Resources. Throughout his career, he has led corporate finance and FP&A teams, managing strategic and financial planning, capital markets activities, M&A/A&D, and board- and investor-facing reporting. Mr. Chuang has played a key role in several major transactions, including Civitas/SM, Ranger/Baytex, and Concho/RSP Permian. He earned an M.B.A. from Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
